Indiana Health Network (IHN), a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) services the state of Indiana and portions of Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois. IHN, the PPO, is comprised of a network of thousands of health care providers across the state, who have agreed to accept fixed pricing levels for services rendered to network covered members. IHN also offers a network of Workers Compensation providers.
